The hidden-camera hoax that turned a fake jury into television gold returns with a new mark: Anthony Norman, a temp assistant at Rockin' Grandma's, a family-owned hot-sauce company whose annual retreat he has been hired to help pull off. Every coworker, executive and team-building catastrophe around him is scripted — he is the only person not in on it — and the season quietly becomes a character study of a genuinely decent guy trying to hold a company that doesn't exist together.
