What is Imperfect Women about?

A late-night call summons Eleanor to identify the body of her murdered best friend Nancy — and cracks open thirty years of friendship among three women who believed they knew everything about one another. As the investigation winds through Los Angeles's moneyed enclaves, the story splinters across timelines, handing the narrative to Eleanor, Nancy and Mary in turn until the killing looks less like a whodunit and more like a reckoning decades in the making.
